Werakata National Park is perfect for birdwatching, home to native animals and has spectacular wildflowers in the spring. The park is a 3,337-hectare (8,250-acre). The park provides riding trails, and highlights are beautiful picnic areas. It has recorded more than 200 different types of animals in National Park and the surrounding State Conservation Area.
