These Community Standards explain what we expect from users/reviewers when they share reviews and how we moderate review submissions to maintain the integrity of our platform. By posting a review on ThreeBestRated®, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Only genuine customers who have directly used a business’s services or products may submit their review. We value real, honest experiences, and not assumptions, hearsay, speculation, or promotional content. Reviews must be based on real interactions and should never be written in exchange for rewards, discounts, or special treatment. To maintain credibility, we do not edit user-submitted reviews except for the personal details or content that violates our community standards.

We value reviews that help others make better choices. Good reviews focus on your actual experience, highlighting aspects like service quality, professionalism, cleanliness, and overall customer experience. Please avoid unrelated details, personal disputes, or comparisons with competitors. Older reviews that no longer reflect current service standards may be removed to keep information accurate and fair.

We encourage all reviewers to maintain courtesy and fairness when expressing their opinions. Reviews containing offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language will not be displayed. In the same way, personal attacks, threats, or hate-based comments will be removed. In order to protect privacy, please avoid including contact details, email addresses, employee names, and URLs. Mentions of illegal activities or ongoing legal cases are also prohibited.

In order to maintain the reliability of our platform, we strictly prohibit fake, biased, paid, or duplicate reviews. Businesses are not allowed to review themselves or their competitors. Practices such as “Astroturfing” (posting multiple fake positive reviews) or “Spamming” undermine the purpose of reviews and will result in removal.

All reviews submitted to ThreeBestRated® may take some time to appear publicly, as each one goes through a careful verification process. This ensures that all content meets our quality and authenticity standards. A review may occasionally be delayed for reasons such as suspicious activity patterns that suggest spam or automated activity, the use of language or content that requires manual moderation, or unverifiable or incomplete details. Every review must successfully meet our verification checks before it gets published on our platform.

To maintain a respectful and trustworthy environment, we ask all reviewers or users to follow these simple yet important guidelines. Please avoid posting content that is libelous, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, or inflammatory in nature. Reviews containing obscene, profane, or intolerant language toward any individual or group will not be accepted. Submissions should also refrain from misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent claims, as well as the inclusion of any personal details such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses. We do not permit reviews that promote personal brands, websites, or endorsements. Impersonating other people or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited. Additionally, reviews referencing ongoing legal proceedings or lacking genuine personal service experiences, such as medical reviews without firsthand treatment, will not be approved.

If you find a review that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it to our moderation team. All reports are carefully reviewed and appropriate action is taken to make sure that our platform remains fair, accurate, and respectful for both businesses and customers.

ThreeBestRated® reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, approve, or remove any content at any time. We may reject or delete reviews that breach our Community Standards, Terms of Use, or any applicable laws. From time to time, we may update this policy by posting a revised version on our website and we encourage all users to review these guidelines before submitting feedback/reviews.
