Rather than a hardware issue, I had encountered a software issue and it had been driving me nuts for a couple of months. New to Gladstone, I did not know who to turn to and read the reviews and East Shores IT had excellent ratings. The staff here absolutely saved my bacon. They managed to bring my old phone back from the brink, long enough to save all my data - pics, contacts, everything. Fantastic at what they do! I highly recommend.
