I unfortunately suffered ptsd due to a workplace injury and had a real battle with it. As I was no longer employed and unlikely to be employed again, I contacted Maurice Blackburn for advice on my rights as l was now unemployed . Maurice Blackburn provided me excellent advice on my situation and pointed out my rights as an injured worker even though I was no longer with this employer and what action I could take. Their advice and support through the legal process was second to none, when I was down and out, and unable to fight for what was fair, they took up the fight for me and got me through. We can't thank them enough.
