Highly recommend Whyte Just & Moore Lawyers. Alison Mitchell was the Lawyer I seen to do my Will and my parents Will. Alison was extremely professional, greeted us with an empathetic and kind nature. Explained everything thoroughly so that we could understand everything, there was no rock unturned, no questions unanswered. Alison was very patient and guided us in every way possible, everything was covered even all those hidden things that you wouldn’t think you needed to be aware of. We left feeling very happy, educated and relieved that our Will was handled with such professionalism and care. Very happy with the costs involved with this service very affordable and worth every cent knowing that when the time comes that our last will and testimony will be held in a secure place and handled to the utmost respect and my best wishes. Having used WJM to settle my late father’s estate (and conveyancing for settlement of his home) I can highly recommend them for the work and assistance they provided to us!! Alison and her team provided a thorough explanation of the steps to be covered (death certificates, probate, consolidation of assets etc) and made the process much easier!!
