I would like to say thank you to you all at Port Curtis Medical Centre. I am a new customer. I had a great experience from the phone call and getting appointment almost straight away through to the lovely receptionist and the Doctor Oo who was so caring and the pharmacist and his staff for the prompt service. I’m moving to MacKay and I’m sad to be leaving Gladstone so hoping I will have a great experience there too.

The nurses were amazing, very friendly and competent. The admin staff out the front were also friendly and polite. The doctor was great although there was a bit of a wait but you get that i guess. Would recommend them highly.

Staff were informative, caring & professional in all areas of service. We felt satisfied with our consultations & recommendations.

Recently switched to this medical centre and never look back. Staff are friendly and welcoming from front desk to doctors and pathology staff. Clean and comforting environment. Me and my Mrs both visited Dr. Fahimeh and very happy with our decision as she is very professional, caring and affectionate. I also liked the pathology lady there as I had most haste-free blood collection twice.

Everyone in the surgery was very helpful and Doctor Ayala was lovely and really helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new place.

Gladstone medical Centre is great for having available appointments. Front counter staff friendly and polite. Gives a smaller family feel.

The best in town GP ( Dr Rayi) , always there for you. Very humble,professional,knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing is a big deal for him. Facilitates any referrals,lab requirements or scripts in seconds. The one who diagnosed my health condition in first place otherwise,I was visiting a few and none of them was to the point. Would recommend to anyone happily.

Best services i received from Dr Chandra Rayi was exceptional. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable.

the doctors are wonderful, caring and take their time. i messed up my date to go in but the lovely staff were still happy to fit me in the same day. very impressed.
