I can honestly say that I was surprised with this motor inn. The room was clean, the amenities were great quality, the bed was firm and comfortable. The staff and owner were great too. I did love the instant hot water as well as the water pressure. There was a bit of road noise but that dissipated as it got later. The motel is in close proximity to many eateries. I highly recommend this place and will be our new go to when I am down this way in the future.

What a surprise, this place is a hidden gem, a oldie but a goodie ! Very clean, great hot water and very very comfortable beds. We managed to book last minute and were absolutely over the moon with the service and quality of comfort that we received. Thank you very much.

Good spot to visit the area. Family room was a good size and kitchenette was enough for simple meal and lunch prep. Clean Neat rooms. Friendly staff. Close to lots of places to eat or grab some ingredients for dinner.

Great location even though it is on the outskirts of Nowra. This proved to be a bonus as it made getting around very easy. The room fulfilled our needs. There are adequate places to eat, fast food if you prefer with Macca and KFC. Huge mall within walking distance. We opted to order Chinese from the Chinese restaurant on site, then sat outside our room with a glass of wine. No problem in recommending Balan Village. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are BBQ facilities and a pool, which we didn’t use as had time constraints. The motel presents very well visually.

Perfect location with lots of food options and supermarket woolies in walkable distance. A Chinese restaurant inside the compound. A pool is there as well.

Suited our short stay needs. Parking was ample. Cost of stay was reasonable. The guy at reception was a very friendly and happy chappy and attentive to our needs. Thank you. Overall experience was satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very helpful and even went out of their way to drive me to the plaza as I couldn’t get a cab. The place was close to different restaurants and the Centre Plaza and has complete amenities. I had a very comfortable stay.
