3 Best Opticians in Queanbeyan NSW

Just came from spec savers Queanbeyan after receiving the best customer service I have ever experienced, just wish I remembered the lovely young mans name that took care of me. I have never worn glasses before today and he explained everything to do with my lens in a way that I understood him, I found him to be very patient caring and above all experienced. Everyone I had contacted with was amazing, thank you so much spec savers I can now see the finer details of the world haha. Absolutely recommend 10/10. I wish you all a great arvo.

This is the best place for you to find a perfect glasses. All the staff are nice, friendly and amazing. They are always listen, helping and make sure that you are happy with the glasses. The store have a lot of variety of glasses and delivery as well as pick up are so fast. They are amazing. Thank you so much for your care.

So happy to leave a five star review for the fantastic customer service I received here. Had an eye test for new sunglasses which was very thoroughly and professionally executed by the optometrist as I have some issues with my macula. I was advised about further scans etc that are available should I decide I need them in the future. Darlene at reception was so professional and helpful with choosing my sunglasses which was quite a long procedure due to them being bifocal and my preference was rayban frames and lenses. In theory sounds simple but in practice not so much. A few weeks later I had some issues with my lense coming loose in the frame. Not a simple repair as they are secured with a nylon thread top and bottom which resembles fishing line. I left these with Darlene for about 3 hours and was overjoyed that she managed to repair them in the shop, even replaced and tightened up the screws on the arms. As I am unable to see anything at all without these it was a huge relief to walk out with them just three hours later. Kind and friendly customer service like this is just amazing. Forever a fan. Thank you so much.

I had the loveliest experience at OPSM Queanbeyan. What welcoming, friendly & accommodating staff. My Optometrist was very informative & the guys out the front were really enthusiastic in helping me choose my frames. I came away with 3 sets of glasses & am thrilled with all of them. Can't believe all the negative reviews, the customer service was on another level. The manager was such an angel to deal with, though they didn't stock TFs but due to my birthday, the manager gave me a voucher which I used in their city store. Absolutely delighted by the experience.

A few weeks ago I accidentally sat on my glasses, bending the frame and popping both lenses out. As I was travelling thru in my caravan it was a must to get them repaired. The lady and gentleman there were extremely kind and my glasses were repaired and cleaned at no cost to me. That is service above and beyond. Thank you. Jerry Cassels

I got my first reading glasses here and they have been the best glasses I ever invested in bar none. Now I live in Sydney so I did a lot of shopping around in between , both in Canberra and Sydney, but now come back here to get the service I want and need. Nowhere else have I found anything that comes near.
