I recently had an outstanding experience with Specsavers that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, their service exceeded my expectations in every way. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and friendliness. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen by the optometrist. The optometrist I met was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the eye examination process. Their patience and willingness to answer my questions left me feeling well-informed and cared for.

Staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The young girl with dark hair was amazing with assisting me while choosing new frames. Would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone. And always so much more affordable then other places

Had a great experience optometrist was lovely coool cool , Courtney assisted with me picking my games so lovely my only dissapointing part was seeing the Mickey Mouse glasses only avaliable for children.

This was not my first visit to L&F Warragul and it won't be the last, John, Ken and the team have provided me with an awesome, honest and affordable level of service over many years. This time, i took the eyes in for a full check up and every test was explained in detail followed by some great advice and a range of choices and options. You don't need to go to Specsavers when these guys are in town.

I’m 70 and treasure my eyesight which is why I have been going to L&F for 50 years - with their well resourced and highly trained staff and optometrists providing optimum eye care in both a professional and caring manner supported with modern eye scanners to enable assessment and monitoring of eye health.
