We've engaged Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing three or four times now - both on buy and sell side of property. Working with the Penny and her team has always been great in terms of the transactions being painless; we knew what we needed to do, when we need to do it by, confirmation of completion and outstanding items. These communications are really at the heart of a smooth transaction and you really notice it when you work with other teams that don't have this nailed down (painfully so).
