I highly recommend OBrien Real Estate Clark from the point of view of a tenant and a property manager myself, these guys are who I’d use to manage my property without a doubt. I also met the new Property Manager, Jemma Collins. Although only new to the company, I can tell she is going to be an asset with her professionalism.

Highly recommended . I met Nat a few months ago looking at another property. I gave her an indication of what I was looking for and when I would be ready to purchase. As a tenant sometimes we can be made to feel subpar by agents but Karla has been a wonderful property manager so much so that I followed her from my previous property to the new one. She is always helpful with questions that I have (even the silly ones) and is always prompt on maintenance requests and honestly is a breath of fresh air.
