(I am re-adding my review from last year as my old account has been deleted) I recently needed a small unit on very short notice, I rang up the first place local that popped up and i was lucky as every step of the way was professional, easy, stress free and organised. Thesedays, and through the pandemic era especially I feel like everyone gets used to there being delays or issues and its become expected, but I cannot fault the customer service, speedy administrative and organised responses and dealings I have had and the really kind staff I liaised with. If you need storage, especially urgently I highly recommend contacting this company. Thank you again for my experience being so positive.

Have had this for years and was very surprised when I opened it expecting dead mice everywhere as I had been told last year that there was a mouse plague and there was just dust .. Anyhow everything was spot on as these people have bait traps everywhere.. So if your looking to store anything I highly recommend this Facility.

Imran is very helpful and made my experience renting here really smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend them.

A massive shout out to Nicola and Brad are Just Store It Dubbo!!! Moving home is one of the 3 biggest stessors and having people to deal with that were easy to communicate with, above and beyond helpful and just downright awesome people made this process so helpful. Happy to recommend the storage units - new, clean, alarmed, good security, safe access. Will use again.

Awesome! Service next to none. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Just Store It is also the first place i will contact when i need storage again.

When I researched around Dubbo for best price Just Store it came up trumps. That was 2 years ago and they have been fantastic since.
