The owner and cook, Lai, was born in North-East Thailand in a small town called Sakhon Nakhon, and two daughters, who were born in Gladstone, continue to help run the business. The chefs at Thai Classic Restaurant are highly skilled in preparing authentic Thai cuisine. They provide lunch specials from Monday to Friday, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and dinner every day. Thai Classic Restaurant also offers catering services for special events, such as birthdays or other functions.”
