They are easy to deal with: check in a few days before hand to see everything is right to go, arrive on time or early, do a very professional job, shred the leafy bits, chop up the trees into manageable bits, and do a good clean up. I had a 20 m + (and very untidy) cypress tree in my back yard which was leaning against my neighbours house! Throughout the entire process the team were very professional and did a fantastic job. They are an enthuastic group, with all the gear and loads of experience. I felt they delivered excellent value for money! I would not hesitate recommending these guys and will be using their services again.

Chris and the team did a great job taking down a problematic large eucalyptus which was leaning on another large tree. Was interesting watching how they went about the job and seeing the professional approach and kit they used. Made me realise how the task wasn’t as simple as I first thought it would be. End result was that the dangerous tree is now a pile of firewood and mulch.

We found Chris to be very professional to deal with and Ascent Tree Solutions team to be punctual, and completed their work including clean-up of site in a first class manner. We would plan to use their services in the future.

Could not be happier with the job Alistair and his team did on a very large eucalypt in our backyard. The tree being on the neighbors property, but hanging over my side of the fence, Alistair delicately balanced the needs of both parties but emphasized his commitment to the tree's health. He is a true craftsman and diplomat and I would highly recommend his services.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Al came and checked out a job on a 20 mtr gum tree that was threatening a few of my neighbours and my place. As he was booked out for the next six weeks ( I NOW KNOW WHY) I booked him and six weeks to the day he came to do the job. For a young man Al shows far more professionalism and experience than his age. As the tree was in a very confined space, I thought that the job was nearly impossible to do. But with the help from Matt and Kel, they made the job look easy. Their clean up was second to none. I was very impressed with with the three of them, all genuine people. I have hired Templeton Trees regularly for a few years now and they have been wonderfully caring with the trees that we care for, the effort they go to ensuring the trees are well trimmed and ready to shade each season is exceptional!
