Ballarat Veterinary Practice really saved us! Provided a more affordable surgery than elsewhere. Professional, efficient and friendly staff, who made sure my dog felt comfortable throughout everything. Communication was excellent, they were happy for me to call during the day for updates and provided all the information I needed about his surgery and aftercare. They really care here and it shows. Thank you all for looking after our boy, forever grateful.

Sadly I had to take my dear old cat to be put to sleep. I was in tears and could hardly speak. The staff were so patient with me. They put us in a room straight away. Everyone was very compassionate.

Great friendly staff, nice clean environment. Easy booking. Easy to get to. Parks out the front. Looked after my kitten and got all his work done with no problems.

The team hear are amazing. We had a late night emergency with our older dog and they were very helpful with treating him. Sadly scrappy put up a good fight but 2 months later we had to say goodbye to him. The team here were so caring, thoughtful with what had to be done. One of the vet nurse even had a tear in her eye which showed how much she cared. To top things off a fee days later a handwritten card arrived in the mail from them expressing their sympathy at our loss. In all my years of having pets I have never had this happen before.

We were very pleased and touched by the kind, caring and compassionate manner of Dr Santiago and Tahlia had shown us at the most difficult and upsetting time in our lives. We had to say goodbye to our much loved furbaby aged almost 16 1/2 years old. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

45kg Bull Arab damaged ACL, he's vet reactive. This was his follow up visit from surgery. Everytime we attend the staff are friendly, understanding and very patient. Never wait too long if have appointment. Highly recommend..
