As a first time patient to the wearing of a pair of hearing aids I can’t speak highly enough about the people at the Logan Central clinic. As soon as I walked through the door I was made to feel at ease. The counter staff were very friendly and helpful and once I met the clinician she was also someone who enjoyed her vocation and set about explaining what would happen during my appointment in a very professional manner. Their follow up as well was very thorough and they made sure that if I had a problem all l would need to do was call and they would determine what action needed to be taken and it would get fixed. So if anyone is looking for someone that can be trusted to do the job then look no further than Hearing Australia to do it for you.

I needed some help with the charger of my aids which was not working properly anymore. I rang 3 companies and Wes from Fidelity Hearing was the only one who responded swiftly and gave me a practical solution. My aids were charged the same afternoon. I went in a few days later for a check-up. Service was outstanding, aids' software was adjusted and I am hearing better now as well. On top of that Wes is a very nice man. I can highly recommend this company.

I had my first hearing test done here. It was a pleasant experience overall. Clean clinic. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming. The audiologist, Wes was very friendly and professional. He provided me with all the relevant information, patiently answered all my questions and explained every step along the way with clarity.

Wesley was very thorough asked lots of questions and then carried out adjustments to suit. Great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Had some custom earplugs made by Adam the audiologist. The fit was poor and came out whenever I opened my mouth or moved my face. Brought them back and explained the situation to the team and they brainstormed ideas and had another pair made. I kept my mouth open the second time and they're phenomenal. They won't move when I yawn or smile. Extremely comfortable and brilliant customer service. I'd buy from this store again in a heart beat. Really lovely and helpful staff. Very happy with this purchase.

Great service and they made you feel welcome, and the cost was definitely reasonable, affordable and they do offer payment plans.
