Best Australian Restaurants in Orange, NSW

With only a few precious hours to spare (visiting Orange for work) I decided to check out Union Bank for lunch. Great that they offer an express lunch - Barramundi & Broccolini which was chargrilled with a delicious whipped anchovy tasting on the side, sprinkled with toasted seeds. Both dishes were made with love. Coffee is very strong, will keep me wide awake all arvo & into the evening. Comfy velvet chairs, music upbeat & easy, nice atmosphere with good service. Will definitely come back.

We had a delightful meal here. The flavours were delicious and the serving sizes generous. It was had to fault this venue. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One oversight was quickly rectified with any issues. Great service. Orange is a beautiful town to visit and if you are hungry I would highly recommend.

The food at Union Bank Hotel is excellent. Beautiful location, lovely outdoor area. Kid friendly. The food and drinks are fantastic. Highly recommend the pate and the ceviche - so delicious!

I want to give a a shout out to Taylor who works here. I had just come from visiting a dear friend who has dementia and I burst into tears at the bar. What a beautiful caring person Taylor is.. this is the type of employee who needs recognition cos these are the sort of people that we all need in our lives..

We always get the best service from the sports bar. Jodie is a superstar. She remembered our names and preferences from the first day we met her. My Mum and I often call in after completing our list of jobs. This lady always has a smile on her face and greets us beautifully. Cant speak highly enough of her. If I was still in business, I would poach her from you!

Great spot for dinner with kids. The information playground is fantastic, enclosed and lots of seating nearby to keep them in your line of sight. Food was great. We went on a Sunday evening, it was a bit quieter, service was spot on and food was tasty!
