3 Best Australian Restaurants in Traralgon VIC

A spur of the moment decision to stop for lunch as we were driving back from Sale. This turned out to be the highlight of our trip - extraordinary restaurant with excellent food, great service. We asked for a 5 course meal without red meat and they not only accommodated our request but served us the best food we've tasted in a while. Special mention about the staff - they are as exceptional as the food here. Thank you, you turned a good day into an exemplary one.

This is a delightful restaurant and we had a very enjoyable Saturday lunch with friends. The restaurant was very busy but the staff were able to fit us in without a reservation. The menu was very interesting and we enjoyed all our dishes including the slow cooked lamb gnocchi, ox cheek with porterhouse steak and barramundi. Food and service were great and it was good value for money.

We had a beautiful lunch today on the verandah with our dogs. Great food, service and a beautiful day outside. We had crispy skin Barramundi with lemon risotto. Won't talk about the delicious souffle. Thank you.

I've been here for breakfast and lunch, and both meals were absolutely exquisite! The coffees were perfect, I've eaten both indoors and outdoors, the whole vibe is just beautiful. The staff are amazing, super friendly and genuinely happy. The food is quick to come out, and is always fresh and hot. Will continue coming back.

I visit this gorgeous cafe twice in one week and both times are fantastic. It’s beautiful from the outside and lovely interior inside. The waitstaffs are nice and friendly. My latte is nice and smooth and the food is nothing short of amazing. Food Co is a great cafe probably as good as some of the best cafes in Melbourne. That’s my two cents. Highly recommended.

Stylish coffee spot with delicious coffee and food! Seemed like everyone in town was stopping in there so it’s definitely the place to go! Great range of food available and came out quickly. Staff are very friendly and provided fast service. The vegan snickers slice was a yummy treat to have on my road trip.

Our group was in the area for work and booked dinner at Little Prince. We were all very impressed with the food and service. The staff were lovely and their recommendations were spot on. Zoe in particular was very helpful. The food was amazing and there was so much of it! The vibe was upbeat and the cocktails were yum! Will definitely go back and highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Melbourne laneway Asian influenced comes alive in Traralgon. Beautiful flavours and incredible menu selection for all tastes. Brilliant cocktails with limited but good wine selections. If you like ChinChin, Red Spice Road or high quality Asian fusion you should give Little Prince a go. Prices like Melbourne and Sydney which will drag the reviews but the quality of the food, produce and staff make the experience worthwhile.

When we got there the place was empty but after half an hour it was very busy. Looks like a very popular place. Our meals were delicious and tasty and the service was great. It also had a great atmosphere, and the restaurant was very tidy.
