3 Best Australian Restaurants in Wagga Wagga NSW

This is a treasure that is worth looking for. Just out of Wagga Wagga near the university is this special dining experience. There is a limited menu with four choices of main and four for dessert. However, along with the homely baked bread and olive oil with duk?a for appetiser and delicious entree selection, every main dish is special and fabulous. Noone in our party was disappointed. The staff are attentive and friendly. The wines and cocktails are worth splurging on - especially as this extraordinary meal is just $60 per head. It is perfect for that special occasion, or just to spoil yourself and the one/those you love.

The best corporate lunchlunch9 I've had the pleasure of organising. Hayley and the team were outstanding. The food was sensational, served hot and the staff were exceptional. I was blown away, as were our guests. Thank you Hayley and Magpies Nest Team.

Worth coming to Wagga just for this place. The food was delicious and fresh and clean. Serving sizes were perfect. I got the lamb kleftiko and the lemon/mandarin tart which were both fantastic and backed up my the entrees and sides that were included as part of the deal.

Wow, what amazing cafe! We ate breakie here this morning and it was delicious. The food, the staff and the vibe were just fabulous. We have travelled from interstate and may not be back for awhile, but would definitely recommend this cafe to anybody. The staff are an asset to this place.

Great spot for a casual coffee or amazing breakfast. Service was fast and efficient, the coffee was great and the food fresh and a great balance of local produce - perfect for a morning travelling.

Came in for breakfast was not disappointed. Coffee was excellent smooth and not too bitter. Good pot of tea. Toast was wonderful soudough was dense and not over toasted. Avo on toast so fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and service was super fast.

Hands down one of the nicest dining experiences I’ve had. Food was above expectation, stale cooked perfect, Lamb even better and portions… well enough. Set menu I’ll say is the best for its price, plenty of selections. Service was also impeccable, James was a pleasure to deal with on both evenings, vital service for the establishment. Atmosphere is also really nice, moody and sleek perfect for a romantic evening or birthday/anniversary celebration.

WOW..They had a set menu on Tuesday night. I asked for full menu, no drama to them at all, more than happy to oblige . Staff were friendly and happy to help. The cocktails were second to none and the food..OMG one of the best meals I have eaten anywere and I am Melbourne food snob. The cauliflower...amazing 10/10. My husband liked his also. Very happy satisified customers. Thank you.

The staff are very accomodating, they were so nice and always makes sure we have everything we need at the table. The food is also great considering the price and well plated. Highly recommend to everyone coming to visit Wagga.
