I have seldom found more caring and helpful people than the staff at Freers. They couldn't do enough to help me get my car back on the road so I could drive back home after hitting a large kangaroo. I was kept in the loop through the process and they made the turnaround as quick as possible so I didn't have too many nights accommodation to pay. The assessor where I eventually put the car in for repairs was impressed with the job they had done. I am so pleased to be able to give you a great review because I doubt word of mouth is going to work unless people want to travel from the Hunter Valley to get any work done on their car. Thank you.

Excellent service, great communication, my car wouldn't start, unfortunately I ended up having a flat battery, they came out to my home and tested my battery and checked the alternator and got me started within a few minutes. Well done team at Freers.
