3 Best Bakeries in Bendigo VIC

One of the best bakeries we have ever visited We had their winter warm up combo which consisted of canadian date slice, chese veggie patchy pie, salted caramel latte. We also tried petes pumpkin curry pie, buchmans pastie and mocha. All of them were too good! Mind blowing.

A great spot for a break, offering everything you need—coffee, light snacks, pies, cakes, and slices. I devoured my steak and pepper pie faster than you can say Indiana Jones. The filling was generous and packed with flavour, while the crust was perfectly flaky and buttery. Absolutely delicious! My oat chai latte was excellent too and the sausage roll was just as impressive. The filling was well-seasoned and the pastry was wonderfully flaky.

A really good place to stop for a break - everything you need, coffee, light snacks, pies, cakes and slices - and comfy tables and chairs at which to enjoy them. All very Aussie and relaxed, but with a nice sense of history.

Had a curried sausage with potato top beautiful it's the pie I always said to myself that should have been made also had Cornish pasty that tasted great ( see if you can do better Beechworth bakery) great flavour and good mouth feel and the coffee was pretty good too will go back again just a long way to travel lots of other stuff looked nice as well.

How good are the plain pies at the award winning Flora Hill Bakehouse? They are just sensational. They remind me of the original Gillies pies from 100 years ago but only better. What an excellent Bakery this is. Well done!

Had a very yummy broccoli and cauliflower cheesy garlicky pie. My friend had the Kirkpatrick beef pie and was also very impressed. Can recommend both. Well worth the visit.

Chunky beef pies are amazing. Nices big chunks of meat and the gravy mwah. Vanilla slice is the best one I've had in a long time. It was a great consistency, not to sweet, beautiful custard and the iced top did not go sticky while I was devouring it. 100% the only place I'll be going from now on. Boston cream lady.

Long time customer, long overdue for a review! We are always happy with the food and service at Elmore Bakery. The staff are always pleasant and efficient, the food always fresh and delicious. We stopped in around lunchtime today (ANZAC Day). The queue was out the door and I nearly didn’t bother. However, I lined up… the amount of people in line, I didn’t even wait 5 minutes to be served. Really impressed guys, you’re like a well oiled machine!

Wow! What a lovely find! Visited Bendigo today and asked around for best pie’s recommendation… so glad we decided to try this place! Lovely , friendly service , pastry is so crunchy and delicious I would eat it without filling! Lots and lots of filling!! Delicious steak& mushrooms , bushman pie, mushroom , bacon chicken and peas pasty ! Apple turn over was beautiful…if it was warm it would get 100%! Thank you !!
