3 Best Cafes in Albury NSW

This is one of my favourite places in Albury Wodonga to come for brunch or coffee & cakes. They have many gluten free cake & slice options available, their gluten free French toast is my favourite. The service is lovely & you always feel very welcome, and they make a great coffee. Atmosphere is lovely with plenty of space for larger groups & or prams. Having the nursery and gift shop in the same space is an added bonus for some after coffee shopping. Although it would be nice to see another GF lunch option available in the near future. Highly recommend.

We went to this cafe about two years ago and wanted to return it maybe under new management but no significant changes had occurred. We were on our way to Sydney, so we stopped in for lunch. On our return we also had our lunch there. It is always busy but the staff are friendly and efficient. Strangely breakfast is only available until 11.15, my partner loves his eggs on toast.

Brilliant place to sit and enjoy a relaxing brew before heading off or a lunch setting between family and friends.

I had a great breakfast here. The staff were absolutely exceptional, and the food was both tasty and great value for money. We got an Eggs Benedict and an egg and bacon sandwich, and both were really good! I particularly liked the homemade (I think) barbecue sauce on the egg and bacon sandwich. The iced chocolate was nice, but not amazing though, so I'd recommend getting something different. Even still, I really enjoyed my visit here, and would highly recommend it.

We were a party of ten and promptly found a great table in the back. Service was excellent! Every dish offered was delicious. The presentation of the food was also very well done! They serve breakfast and lunch until closing. Coffees and chai latte delicious! Be sure to try the Poached Pear.

Great food and drinks selection for brekky and lunch. Good quality coffee. Plenty of seating inside and out. Nice, friendly professional staff.

Driving back to Sydney from Melbourne we wanted to break up the drive with brunch. A couple of google searches we found Mr Benedict’s. Was it worth the try? Yes. Was it worthy of writing a review, obviously. All three of our dishes hit the spot with no regrets, actually best brunch I’ve had in a long time. Other reviews are correct you may have to wait for a table because of its popularity. We were lucky with no wait time at all. Staff friendly, could not fault anything at all.

Loved this place, excellent experience start to finish, very polite and attentive staff that genuinely cares for their customers. It is a large place with seating in back as well. Food was fantastic and freshly made. Had Gnocchi, Bloody Mary, corn fritter with herbed Yougurt all very good. Gnocchi & hot chocolate were delicious & absolutely recommended.

Absolute delight. Excellent menu and flavours. Vibe with a bit of charm. Ask for extra hot coffee it comes warm. We had the corn fritters, fried chicken waffle, French toast and gnocchi. All were absolute home runs.
