3 Best Bakeries in Albury, NSW

Outstanding Burger! Best in Albury! Everything about this place is about quality and food done right with passion. The chips were seasoned with an amazing seasoning and perfectly crispy. And my burger had double beef but it was put together with care and didn’t fall apart when eaten. Crispy bacon, beefy patties were juicy and delicious. If you have not tried Frankie’s go now, right now, don’t wait thank me later.

Delicious fresh pastries and scrolls that are the best I have tasted locally. We even tried a mixed pack and were not disappointed, add to that a great warm coffee where you will always be greeted with a smile. Just one last thing now on my wish list to get a Frankies outlet in Wodonga, then I could have my indulgence more often.

Love that this Milkbar is on its own - so easy to find parking on the side street. We order a selection of sweet pastries. Our favourite was the jam Donut and Alomnd Crossiont. We will be back to try others! Highly recommended!

Always friendly service, yummy food and good coffee. Albury is my half way point when driving from Canberra to Melbourne. Today I had trouble deciding between the famous Ned Kelly pie or chicken and leek pie. I finally chose the chicken and leek pie and wasn't disappointed. YUM! I also had custard tart and take away coffee. An excellent experience at a modest price.

Great pies, coffee and service. Made a mistake giving my coffee to someone else (who should’ve said it wasn’t theirs!), and then gave me a refund AND made another coffee. That’s how service should be! Recommended!

First time trying Beechworth Bakery due to their famous Beesting and it’s true to their description-melts in your mouth bun! Tried their Bavarian Cream Ring and Steak Pie too and they are absolutely perfect! Will definitely go back in here to taste some of their breads.

Truly Free Bakehouse is TRULY next level. Their muffins are the fluffiest, softest, cloud like muffins ANYWHERE. This counts for gluten free & non gluten free muffins. Just incredible & so very addictive. Massive range if food both savoury & sweet. They sell loaves of bread, to which you can call up & pay for in advance so you don't miss out.

The cinnamon donuts were sensational. Possibly the best gluten free donuts I've had. Got there a bit late for some of the bread, but got some sweets. Cupcakes were nice but the donutnwas certain the highlight! Service was very friendly and knowledgeable, plenty of yummy GF goodies for the drive to Melbourne.

We stopped here on our road trip from QLD to VIC as I was looking for a substantial meal (other than hot chips from services!). I was not disappointed. Would have to be the best GF burger I’ve had since becoming coeliac 7 years ago. Beautiful sweet treats as well. Will be calling in on our way back home!
