Best Breakfast Food and experience I’ve had since I’ve been in Alice Springs! Everything was great from the minute I walked down the hallway into this place to my last bite of breakfast. I got the iced coffee which came with ice cream inside it and was incredible! As an American, I have high standards for bacon (the Australian bacon still isn’t as good as American bacon. Sorry, but it’s the truth) the bacon here was by far the best bacon I’ve had since I’ve been in this country. The eggs were great, the mushrooms were amazing, I loved the grilled tomatoes, and the sourdough bread was fantastic! I would definitely return to eat here again, even if it was just to have another coffee and just enjoy the venue.
Very nice place, with relaxing atmosphere. Since we found this place the first time, we then never went to try other cafes. We came here three times when staying at Alice Springs. Coffee was really good. The food is nice with big portion. If you check the menu carefully, you will see the last one named “The full chapter”, which is related to this cafe’s name.
Great breakfast place in Alice Springs. Walked in around 9ish, the place was 90% full, good atmosphere, antique decor, warm and inviting. Heaters for outside seating. Good selection on breakfast menu, mixture of flavours. Best coffee in Alice Spring. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend for breakfast..

WATERTANK CAFE REVIEWS
On our visit we ordered large coffees but were accidentally given regular sizes. We thought we’d made a mistake but one of the friendly staff checked it out and after we’d ordered another, refunded our second coffees cost. So honest !! and the atmosphere and coffee were fantastic! Thankyou so much.
In Alice Springs, it is a stylish cafe that is crowded with locals quietly on the outskirts of town. It's about 10 minutes by bicycle from the center, so it's a little hard to walk, but it's 200% worth it to stop by while walking.
Beautiful place hidden Jem on outskirts of Alice Springs Central business district. Easy access. Diverse Menu catering to vegan and gluten free option. The coffee is Softaculous and the decor eclectic without being pretentious.

THE LOCALS REVIEWS
What a lovely place to grab breakfast or lunch. This place has super friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic atmosphere. I opted for the territory brekky and everything on the plate was amazing! One of my favorite parts about it was the roasted tomato salsa, it was full of great flavor and tasted good on everything that I tried it with.
Outstanding food and drink option in Alice Springs. The gin menu is fantastic, and for us, the lobster spaghetti and soft shell crab burger were winners. The sauces are what makes a great restaurant, and our meals’ sauces were excellent. Big recommendation for anyone on holiday.
I love the staff, friendly and prompt. Food has always been good EXCEPT one time when I bought my favourite breakfast roll and whoever cooked it( must have been a blow in!) obviously didn't know about correct oil temperature or something cos my hash brown was oil soaked ruining the whole thing and I couldn't eat it. BUT that was the only time and I've been back since and no issues. I like it a lot.
