“Dr Nima Rudd is a consultant cardiologist, interventional cardiologist, and pacing specialist. He obtained his medical education from the Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2001. He completed his cardiology training at The Alfred Hospital and has been practising medicine for over 20 years. Dr Rudd has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiology, including coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias, and advanced heart failure requiring home inotropes, left and right ventricular assist devices, and management of cardiac transplant patients. He also performs coronary and graft angiography with femoral artery access and implants permanent pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders. Dr Rudd has been actively involved in research and clinical trials. He has a significant research background, including numerous scientific presentations, abstracts, and publications. He is bilingual and speaks both English and Persian. He has clinics in Templestowe, Boronia, and Mildura.”
