We used the Darwin Catering company to cater for a 3-day long corporate function and their service was nothing short of amazing! From their food options, timing for scheduled deliveries, and exceptional communication, through to the quality and standard of food that was provided. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

We had two orders delivered to different locations and I was so impressed with the presentation and quality of the food and the punctuality of the delivery. Thank you, so much. The fruit was beautiful. The chicken was succulent. The sandwiches were very well received. Thank you for making our two functions run so smoothly.

Thank you for making this the easiest catering I've ever arranged. Took the stress out of the process (especially as I was arranging from Alice Springs!) Easy to use website. Timely delivery. Great reports about the food.

I was at the Ord Valley festival where wixted catering did the majority of the food over the 7 day event each evening was amazing with what they did but the black tie gala dinner was on another level for approx 500 people was amazing first was the Canapés the selection was fantastic oysters, prawns, arrainci, smoked duck I could go on but then the mains came and I don't think you could cook that many eye fillets to perfection but they did and the dessert was spectacular I had the lemon tarte it was perfect just enough citrus kick in it I do hope they will be doing it again this year as I will be attending again and want to try more of there food here in Western Australia.

Have known andy and mark for years. Both are consumate professionals, excellent communicators and inspired chefs. Wouldn't think about using any other catering company in Darwin or the surrounding area.

My friend used Wixted Catering for a function i attended and I couldn't fault them. Fantastic food and excellent service with very friendly staff :)

Mel and team did a fantastic job for a recent event for our family at the Surf Life Saving Club. All the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Generous portions and a big variety of finger food. Thanks so much for taking care of all the details and for packing up all the leftovers at the end of the night.

Mel made our sons first birthday cake and everyone was so impressed with how awesome it look and how yummy it tasted. Will definitely be recommending this lovely lady to everyone.

We had the most wonderful experience! Our son could not get enough of his cake. We will definitely be using again. The whole experience was amazing.
