3 Best Australian Restaurants in Darwin NT

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here for my sister. The restaurant is beautifully situated near the water with views of the waterfront and wharf. We opted for an outdoor seating to really enjoy the ambience. Throughout the dinner, the restaurant manager Carmine, really took care of our group and gave us top quality service. Really ensuring we had everything we needed and even gave us great recommendations. The combination of high quality food and high quality hospitality really just made our night so special.

We had an amazing dinner at Wharf One. We had the fried brie which was delicious and herb bread to start. We had the 300gm scotch fillet, medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Service by Roberto and Riwan was fantastic, they were so friendly and gave the restaurant a great vibe. We couldn't fault them! We sat outside and honestly forgot we were surrounded by other restaurants, it felt very private and had an awesome atmosphere.

If you're making a trip to Darwin, do yourself a favour and visit Wharf One Food and Wine. Even better, if you're here for Xmas, indulge in the Xmas banquet. An incredible banquet made with love. A huge variety of tender meats, seafood and charcuterie. We could not have asked for a better Xmas lunch! And the staff were fantastic and attentive. Thank you!

This restaurant is situated inside the Hilton Hotel. The staff are friendly and polite, and you can pick up various accents from different parts of the world. It is a good place to have a quiet date or catch up with some old friends or colleagues over a nice meal. They serve room service for the hotel residents. The meals and drinks are pricey but of good quality. They also serve breakfast and you have the option of buffet or selected items from the menu.

Awesome dining experience! I usually avoid Hotel restaurants but PepperBerry is top notch, fine dining. Had an excellent 3 course meal, everything outstanding. Complimentary sour dough bread to start. Had Miso Tempura Crocodile for entree, Black Angus Scotch fillet for main and a 'Mess' for dessert, like an Eton Mess but Aussie style. Excellent food and service. Must try restaurant in Darwin.

What a good place for dinner. Nice atmosphere with friendly staffs. Fresh enough oysters and very tender scallops as starters. Loved grilled barramundi with chilli on top and pumpkin puree was a perfect match with beef cheek!! We will absolutely come back again.:)

I arrived in the morning and was greeted by the staff with warm smiles, which set a positive tone for my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and took the time to introduce me to the various breakfast options available. The breakfast menu was impressively diverse, offering a wide range of choices to cater to all tastes and preferences. I opted for the continental breakfast, which allowed me to enjoy a buffet-style experience similar to customers who stay in hotel. The combination of good food, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere made for an excellent overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious breakfast in a welcoming environment.

Had 2x dinner here. Quite a small size restaurant, with great staff. Meal a good size but not huge, as I would expect from a good restaurant. Menu choice is not huge, they are just making food they are good at. Ambience of this place is excellent too, + great service. Quality ingredients, cooked perfectly. Steak cooked med rare, with lovely pepper sauce.. Next day had pan cooked barramundi, excellent too, both with quality veges. I highly recommend this place if you love good food. Nice range of deserts. Price is reasonable too.

Good food, breakfast offered with accommodation limited hot food included, only potato gems and booked egg, can upgrade for extra, Provided gluten free toast. Found out on last day museli was gluten free, would suggest adding that for others looking for gluten free option.
