3 Best Mobile Phone Repair in Ballarat VIC

Sent my technologically challenged mother down here because she 'couldn't turn off the iPad screen'. Dropped it off in the morning, they replaced the power button, and picked up same afternoon. She had nothing but rave reviews about some guy named Axel and his reasonable prices. 11/10 and hoping to outsource more of mother's tech support problems to them!

Had my phone screen repaired today, on a Sunday. Broke it yesterday at work and it took 45 minutes. The lady was very helpful and picking out a protective screen case, and a a screen protector. Great service and was very clear on prices on everything.

My daughter had a glitter ph cover burst on her ph that affected the microphone. The lovely man cleaned the ph and had it back to us in less than an hour. Great service..

Had problems with the Android connection in my car when making phone calls. Went and saw Gary and he spent an unbelievable amount of time investigating the problem. As problem may be in software in the car he connected my phone via blue tooth as a temporary measure and will further investigate the matter. I would highly recommend this Business as Gary and Emma go out of their way to rectify customer's queries and the cost of repair is very reasonable. One of the most helpful businesses I have ever dealt with and thus very worthy of this positive review.

Couldn't speak more highly if I tried. Time and time again they help me out, with both technical support (they don't even charge for it!!!) and quick, quality repairs. The staff are friendly and will bend over backwards for you. They just go above and beyond. Highly Recommended!

Seriously good. Thought all the photos our baby’s first year were lost, but the iPhone guys were able to retrieve all the data off the phone and it didn’t cost anywhere near what I thought it would! Absolutely would recommend.

My mum got her phone fixed today at the Ballarat store and is absolutely stoked with the fantastic service and repairs. Will definitely be using the Ballarat store in the future. Thanks again to all the staff.
