A hidden Gem of a repair shop - a little of the Main Street but what fantastic service - I was visiting Port Macquarie last week and need a new protective screen for my iPhone - walked into this shop and the job was completed in 2 minutes and at a cost of $10 - my previous screen protective cover(in Newcastle) cost me $30 - highly recommend this shop - please support them - especially if you are a visitor in town.

Craig is terrific. Was super helpful with a stressful issue and available during the Christmas/ New Year period when other people were shut. Charged a lot less than we expected too. Highly recommended.

Always professional and best service. Best prices and advice trustworthy repairs. We’ve been long time customers and always bring all our devices phones iPads computers laptops here.

Just had a completely customer focused experience here. Came in with a busted smart phone, not really knowing where to begin. Guy was working on something but put it down and just completely attended to me, started troubleshooting with his equipment, and then offering free information and suggestions for how to move forward. Gave up time just to help. Really impressed.

I’ve just had my iPad screen replaced - the service was very friendly and professional. Despite needing to order in the new screen, my iPad was back in my hands the following day. I’d highly recommend SOS Port Macquarie. Thanks guys.
