I was quite sceptical about seeing a chiropractor initially, but I felt I had nothing to lose by giving it a go! I am so glad I did! I had been sick for such a long time and had begun to accept that this is the way it would be. But then I saw an ad on my socials… The staff at IN8 Life all greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome, valued and heard and treat every patient with kindness and positive regard; it is a lovely place to go 3 x week. With their personal, yet professional approach, from the initial consultation, through to the treatment plan, the workshops and every appointment, Dr Zach and his team have been clear and supportive; ensuring that everything is explained thoroughly and have addressed all my concerns promptly. In my first month of treatment, I have already begun feeling much better in many aspects of my life. I am able to move more freely, think clearly and am sleeping all night for the first time in 5 years! Even my daily headaches and anxiety are all but gone, and I feel calm and better able to deal with daily ups and downs which flows onto many areas of my life! I’m finally feeling like myself again! I am incredibly grateful to the whole team at IN8 Life; this has been a game changer for me and I cannot wait to see what the future holds. This has given me hope that things can be different for me… I cannot thank you all enough.

A brilliant studio run by the nicest people you will ever meet. I went with chronic pain and really appreciated how my case was thoroughly investigated and considered prior to treatment. A month into my prescribed 3 month intensive treatment I have already seen some incredible improvements, some which I didn't expect - such as improvement to my breathing (being asthmatic, I never imagined this would help!). The staff are wonderful, so polite and professional, always creating such a positive healing environment. I would highly recommend.

The Team are always great to see each week. From working with Dr Mitchell all the way to dealing with reception (who always know you by name and greet with a smile), my time there has been a delight. Always happy to explain things to you which is especially helpful for a first time chiropractic patient. Very fair prices for the work involved. Great to have the personalised experience each visit- Dr Mitchell certainly shows how much he cares about the progress you make. Never feel rushed, ignored or like just another patient like what happens with most doctors. Have seen a great improvement in many aspects of my life since starting there.

Thank you Mitchell and staff for diagnosing my issue and fixing the problem at hand I highly recommend anybody with any back or neck issues etc to contact Mitchell or Alana/ staff to resolve your pain the staff has been so excellent in accommodating my working in Melbourne and not making it to some appointments on time but they have always got me in on the day which is very rare this day and age thanks again for being so friendly if I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Having very bad neck pain and lower back pain 10 weeks after a total hip replacement. Nick explained what was happening and why…so supportive and able to give me relief from the discomfort. May have to return in another 8-10 weeks as the adjustment is temporary being as I’m still healing and getting stronger but will not hesitate! Thanks Nick for your excellent care

Nick is absolutely incredible! I've been coming to this practice when required for several years. I usually need an adjustment 2-4 times a year max, previously I was seeing a osteo every 4 weeks. Highly recommend seeing Nick for on-going pain management or for a once off adjustment to alleviate muscle tension and pain.
