With Nicole, we feel heard, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. My kids hate therapy appointments, but they don’t complain about seeing Nicole, although they’ll never admit they don’t mind going. I’ve been seeing Jess since April and she has honestly changed my life. Jess has helped me piece my life back together and that includes my marriage. She is kind, yet honest and always makes me feel safe and heard. I highly recommend Jess, either by yourself or as a couple her sessions could change your life too.

EMDR is an amazing tool for dealing with Trauma. I have always been on the fence with the hypnosis style therapies, (This is nothing like the stereotypical things you see on tv), but took the plunge and decided to give it a go with amazing results. I look forward to my next session and, considering everyone will have different results, if you have any kind of trauma you're dealing with, I would still highly recommend you give it a try and see what happens.
