I was at the 40th anniversary of the Macquarie Fields parish 10/09/2017. A bit of back ground on me and my family I am not a Catholic but my wife and children are Catholic. I am myself a baptised Pentecostal christian and attend my local Pentecostal church when I can. I have been to many masses in the Catholic church with my family and find the sermons to be a bit short with the word of Christ and more with the ritual of the catholic practice of Christianity. But at the mass of the 40th anniversary of the Macquarie Fields parish the bishop of Wollongong Peter Ingham gave the sermon and wow I was blown away he is a very smart brother of Christ.
