Great service from this company. They assessed our old system and made suggestions for its replacement/repair (old system which was not working properly). We chose to replace the system. From then on their service was outstanding. We were offered a good quote which we accepted and was very pleasantly surprised with the quick installation date. They arrived on time and quickly removed the old system and installed the new one. Their team then showed us how to manage the system via WiFi before cleaning up (you would not have known that they were there) and taking all the old system away. We could not have been happier with the service given and would thoroughly recommend Rapidcool

Highly recommend Rapidcool Air Conditioning and Electrical. The boys did an amazing job removing old gas ducted heating and replacing with new ducted cooling / heating system. They worked super hard, were very quiet, kind and respectful. On top of that they cleaned up and left my place in impeccable condition. Thanks so much Jarrod and the team.

From quote to install everything with TC Air went smoothly and effortlessly. Julian who quoted was knowledgeable and lovely a delight to deal with. Lachlan and his team of installers were friendly, clean, approachable and on time. They left the place as they found it. Toby who done the melamine ducting in the cupboard done the same. Anyone I talked to in the office was courteous and helpful. We got messages to say when someone was coming and everyone was on time. This is very rare these days. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The price was great, workmanship excellent, communication excellent, cleanliness superb, all staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They use quality material and get the job done without fuss
