Booking an appointment was a simple and timely affair, and Simon was at all points courteous, mindful and professional. He not only laid out our options in simple, understandable terms but took the time to expand and clarify on points we were unsure of. Of particular note was his attention to our wellbeing. Obviously, lawyers tend to see us on our worst days - Simon took time to enquire about our health and make recommendations that we hadn't even thought of.
