Booked in for an emergency filling and they got me in the next day which was fantastic! The lady on the front desk was super welcoming and friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! He walked me through each step he was taking and ensuring I was feeling okay throughout the procedure whilst also teaching a lovely new dental assistant. Will definitely be coming back here for a thorough checkup.

Amazing, friendly team. I have always had a great experience here and been very well informed about my options. This place makes going to the dentist easy and even a pleasant experience. Make you feel relaxed and always keep you informed. I would never go anywhere else.

We had a great experience at the dentist with the whole family. They were so lovely with the kids and made our very nervous toddler feel at ease for her first dentist trip. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from william. Genuinely cared and you could tell, help me out with a really good price. He is also very precise and careful. He’s assistant Bobbi took over during the producer. She also was very polite and gental and has huge potential. Highly recommend, as everyone will make you feel welcome and always well looked after.

Dr William is friendly, professional and really puts you at ease. Going to the dentist is not my favourite activity but I found Dr William incredibly patient and understanding. The whole experience was positive.

I was very satisfied with my appointment, the dentist did a great job making the environment relaxed and assured I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend.

I have changed over to Dr Shanli as my number one dentist. I'm usually a nervous patient and had a relatively large procedure recently. Dr Shanli talked me through the process and was happy to answer all my step-by-step questions about the procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and sent me home with great tips to maintain my dental health. I would highly recommend Dr. Shanli.

I highly recommend this dental practise. I had a 6 monthly check up and a clean. Everything was explained in a nice relaxing environment. Easy online appointment booking. Thank you Dr Shanli and your dental team. 10/10.
