My first time at Innova Dental was a wonderful experience. I was able to secure an emergency appointment immediately which, in itself is incredible, then upon my arrival was greeted with warm and welcoming reception staff. Dr Ha and her Dental assistant were both very kind, professional and reassuring. Made the whole ordeal or having a tooth removed, easy and painless. I received a follow up phone call the next day to ensure I was doing well. I will definitely be returning for any future dental needs and highly recommend this practice and their team.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth out in the chair which was daunting enough but the team made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. Would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone who hasn’t had the best experience in the past with dentist, the team at Innova actually care about you and want you to have the most relaxed experience you can.

The dentists and team have looked after my teeth for several years now and have been consistent with my care and their service all this time. Everyone I have come across is friendly, accommodating and professional. Clear with their explanations and very thorough. Best dentist, highly recommended.

Drove all the way up from Hobart to have Dr Tony Bagshaw release my newborns tongue tie, and would do it again tomorrow. The practice found me an appointment the same day I called as the tie was impacting feeding/ causing pain. So grateful, the staff were friendly and personable, Tony himself was great and I couldn’t get over how quick the procedure was. Feeding improved immediately after the procedure. We’re just ecstatic, thank you.

Being a long term client, I am always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the care they provide in keeping my teeth in good condition. Their up to date knowledge and expert opinion makes way for a feeling of confidence in receiving the best dental care. The dentists clearly explain beforehand the planned strategy and cost involved so that I know what to expect. They use modern equipment and show the condition of teeth via xrays. I am very appreciative of their service.
