I enjoyed my experience with See Eyecare. Reception staff were very friendly and had a great sense of humour. Brooke tested my eyes a few weeks back and done a great job. I've never seen things more clearly. Huge choice of frames, I couldn't decide which ones I liked most, but the staff took the time to help me decide which ones were best suited. I've already recommended a few pals to head in and check them out for an eye test and new glasses/sunglasses.

Best customer service I have ever received, my glasses broke while on holiday from Brisbane & the lovely staff member went out of her way to fix my glasses. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing! Took my toddler there for a semi emergency, staff were amazing with her! Could not fault their friendly service and professionalism. If you have young children I highly recommend.

I have had eye check-ups at Vivid Optical for a number of years and have always been impressed with the thorough service and the very friendly and helpful staff. On two occasions I needed an urgent appointment due to a foreign object having lodged in my eye. On both occasions I got an appointment the same day, and William Howe successfully removed the foreign object after carefully applying different tests – and all this without smudging my eye make-up! I can highly recommend Vivid Optical.

William Howe's concern, knowledge and professionalism are amazing. I have been to so many optometrists and other specialists and Mr Howe is up there with the best of them. He offered me solutions that not even my eye specialist considered!

I was visiting Launceston and needed my glasses adjusted, was walking by and they were super fast and friendly! Thank you for adjusting my glasses and being so nice about it!

Specsavers are so professional in their approach to all facets of my obtaining new glasses after cataract surgery on both eyes. Good to see clearly now.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience from initial contact (phone booking) right through the whole process. Bonus points, I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and basically didn’t have to wait. Optometrist was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff involved in greeting, helping choose specs and the collection and fitting process too. Thank you
