The office staff and particularly Analise Ritchie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Analise would always return my calls and answer my emails in a timely manner and explain everything in detail. Sam is an excellent lawyer, very professional and gave me very good advice along the way. He was right into my case straight away and put in a lot more effort compared to other lawyers I spoke to before. I had a speeding fine that I wanted to get reduced but Sam managed to achieve a much better outcome than intended and had the offence dropped. Would definitely come back to Sam in the future.
