Always a good experience. Staff are really nice, and the practice is in such an easy, convenient part of Tweed Heads. I find it a real pleasure to visit the doctor, she is knowledgeable,friendly, caring, gentle and helpful,, couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Fast service, professional. Clean waiting room. Bulk billed. Doctor was lovely and eager to help. Chemist next door. My new local when needed.

Dr Shaw is a very thorough skin specialist - does not carry out unnecessary procedures but is happy to recommend treatment external to the practice. He is very patient and understanding.

David Shaw was friendly, polite and very efficient as he performed my annual skin check today August.

Had a skin issue and managed to get an appointment the next working day which was wonderful. Only needed to wait a very short time to see the Doctor on the day of my appointment. Saw my Doctor for the first time. He addressed the problem immediately. Couldn't have been happier.
