Well, I had suffered a work place injury during my employment in the disability services sector. Unfortunately, my claim was rejected for a reason that I felt was totally incorrect. This placed me up against a large uncaring entity, who did not take on the reality of my injury. I needed help, and eventually found Tindall Gask Bentley, and more importantly, I found Alexandra Harris who is a senior associate with TGB. She listened to my situation and circumstances and she could see the errors of the RTWSA system. She put together an order to approach RTWSA and bring them to a Conciliation Conference before the courts system to have the courts provide input and judgment on my situation. Alexandera was incredibly knowledgeable in this area of law, and she had RTWSA acknowledge my claim, and accept my claim in my stated circumstances, before the hearing date of the Conference. My injury claim has been approved, and I do know that if it wasn't for Alexandera Harris and the TGB team I would have lost my job, and then be unable to work for some time as I would have had to waite for my injury to be fixed in the public health system, with its long waiting times.
