Initially I wasn't going to engage a lawyer but after I discovered the enormous complexities of this lengthy arduous process decided that we required a lawyer for my partner visa. We could not thank Ross enough for all his help with my wife’s permanent partner visa . I initially applied for the visa myself without using a professional person such as Ross, I don’t recommend this to anyone. After a 2 year nightmare of sending documents,photos,etc the visa application was refused. They advised us we could appeal the decision at the administration appeal tribunal in Adelaide. We contacted Ross and he advised us we probably had less than a 50% chance of winning the appeal due to some strong reasons which the immigration department had used to come to their decision. We could see that Ross was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and we asked him go ahead with the appeal. Ross went into great detail about the appeal and kept in touch with us constantly he also wrote a brilliant submission for the tribunal member which I believe helped us immensely.
