“Dr Bill Johnston commenced his otolaryngology training at Gosford Hospital in 1997. He has been in public and private ENT practice since 2001 and was a VMO at Hornsby Ku Ring Gai District Hospital. His keen interest in general ENT and specific areas of expertise and clinical interests include paediatric snoring, airway disturbance and treating paediatric allergic airway disease. Dr De Haan has helped my 3 year old daughter to hear. We didn’t know she had a hearing problem until she kept getting ear infections. He did surgery on her to have grommets inserted into both ears. We have not looked back. Thank you very much for giving our happy daughter back.

On separate occasions, both my wife and I have had cause to attend Dr Jacques De Haan. We each came away totally satisfied with his expertise, character and skill. Following each visit, Dr De Haan followed up with a personal telephone call to ensure that recovery was well underway. A delightful man and a genuinely dedicated professional. - RB Reply

Dr De Haan brings experience to our region, he has helped me immensely through the process of fixing the problems with my ear, which were severe. Without him it would be very stressful finding someone else in the region with his skill and experience. He is always direct and gentle.

I have now seen Dr De Haan twice & on each visit I, AND my support worker have found the doctor to be amazing. He has correctly diagnosed two (2) problems both of which could cause serious problems. I had a period of admission around 5-6 weeks during which I was flown, by Care Flight ambulance plane to John Hunter hospital in Newcastle. During this time I have found Dr De Haan to be "the very best" & Leta, his receptionist to be, not just "on the ball", but also very empathetic & approachable. It is only through their input, not only with me, but with other medical professionals that I'm able to sit here & give my thanks for the treatment, trust & support given by BOTH Dr De Haan & Leta.
