After being treated poorly by other Rheumatologists in the area, Therese was recommended to me. It was wonderful to be treated like a human and actually tick all of the boxes that the others neglected. She is a great Doctor and we are lucky to have her I Port Macquarie.

The nicest, kindest, most caring specialist ever!!! Also every single front desk staff member has been equally kind and caring and helpful. To actually get some help from people who genuinely care has been such a massive blessing. Thank you sooooo much.

After the local juvenile rheumatologist was very rude on the phone and refused to see or help my son. Dr prowse and his staff rushed him in to an appointment and begun making my 16 year old son's life livable again. Treatment and options are very effective. He explains everything to both of us and keeps his appointments brief. The 1 hour travel is very worth it. And my son is as pain free as possible considering he lives with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Dr Prowse has treated my wife for a number of years and we cannot commend him too highly. His staff are most friendly and helpful.

Always feel reassured. explains everything in easy terms.

I’ve been seeing Dr Needs for 10 years now he is a godsend. He’s an expert in his field and his bedside manner is amazing. He is also a very caring man and always takes the time to explain issues and he listens I’m so glad I found him he’s the best.

Dr Needs is the best, not only an expert in his area but his bed side manners is reassuring and a therapy in itself. I recommend him to anyone who requires medical assistance.
