The delivery guys are spectacular, they even helped me move in a fridge and washing machine from Harvey Norman - the delivery guys just left it all out the front, and the amazing guys from Fantastic Furniture were more than happy to help me. Great service. Went in store and was quickly offered assistance by staff member, they waited patently as I debated between my choices. Once chosen, the staff member was pleasant, quick to process the purchase and sent us on our way to pick it up at the warehouse contently located just next door. The warehouse worker was just as helpful and polite putting the large bedframe into back of the car.

Everything about the Albury store was fantastic!! Shop was well set out and clean. Our sales man helped us from the start when we told him what we were after. Nothing was too much trouble when deciding on which chairs we wanted to go with our table. Our delivery even came earlier than expected and we were kept up to date with it all!! Thanks Albury Store.

We were from Wangaratta, travelled to Albury to buy mattresses. We plan to canvass from diff furniture stores in the area as we were on a tight budget. Went to Amart first and got assisted by Adrian. Didn't have to go to other stores as we were very satisfied with his customer service skills. Went on with the purchase. Good job Adrian. This store was amazing to deal with. We had some challenges with the lockdown regarding delivery but the delivery drivers were absolutely fabulous and can not thank them enough for the delivery of my furniture. I would highly recommend Amart Albury and I will definately be using them again in the future for any furniture purchases.
