I visited World Gym for the day while in town and was really impressed with the overall experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt working out there. Everything from the workout areas to the equipment itself was tidy and organized — clearly, the staff take pride in keeping the place in top shape. One of the standout features for me was the changing rooms. They were spacious, modern, and spotless, with plenty of lockers and showers available. It’s not always something you find in every gym, so it was a definite plus. Even though I was just a day visitor, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Sometimes you expect to be treated like just another passerby, but that wasn’t the case here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. It really added to the positive atmosphere of the gym. Overall, World Gym made a great impression on me. If I were a local, this would definitely be my go-to place to train. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with great customer service.

The best freaking gym I have ever been too in all of my young years - reformer Pilates ! And The classes are amazing - bathrooms have a sauna, hair straightener and blow dryer too / and the gym is huge! Has upstairs and downstairs facilities and caters to everyone! - don’t delay sign up today.

The new staff member there, possibly Courntey? She made me feel so welcome at the gym and helped me pick the perfect protein shake and still made it taste extra delicious. Definitely need more customer service like this.

This is the most welcoming and down to earth gym I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing over my past 15 years of training. Like the slogan on the window says “Real Gym, Real People”…. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I go at night to workout and find the facilities excellent to use. The gym is clean and well equipped for whatever routine I decide to do. Lots of space so even when it is busy still feel like you are not crammed into a small area. crammed into a small area.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for a great experience. Did an unplanned pop in, to check out what all the hype is about this gym, to be greeted by Brad who took me for a full tour on the spot, next minute I've signed up, quick and easy, then signed up my hubby & daughter the next day. Brad's amazing! This elite gym is special, makes me feel elevated, motivates & inspires me. Absolutely love their classes & their gym equipment. The staff are very friendly, shakes are yummy, the atmosphere is BOMB! & have met awesome members as well.

I have been a member for one year I've had nothing but an amazing experience with this gym all the machines are well looked after you have an amazing variety of machine for everyone that works here is amazing they will help you with anything you need. Today I brought my friend in to sign up and we had an amazing experience with Jules who answered everything we asked and was just so accommodating wth what we needed. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
