“Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum is a popular tourist attraction for school students, families, and senior tours. The 20 heritage buildings are furnished with original items that were used by residents from the 1860s onward. The museum conserves twenty buildings from Beenleigh's past, which contain many collections related to the history of the district. The twenty heritage buildings are packed with original artifacts used by those who lived in the 1860s and beyond. A comprehensive collection of authentic products and items belonging to the area was donated to the Village. The Tin Cup Cafe has a beautiful history behind it, being the old Beenleigh Railway Station. Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum also provide self-guided tours. The Gallery in the Corridor is open seven days a week. A reservation is required if you plan to bring more than 10 people or if you'd like to request a guided tour or food package.”
