The place was beautiful. When we arrived it was quiet busy, we were greeted by a worker I think it was Mark such a calm, kind and helpful team member going above and beyond our expectations and greeted us with exceptional service and a beautiful smile, an absolute asset to the company! Absolutely made our stay a memorable one. Will definitely return if near the area. Place was clean had everything we needed and was beautiful and quiet. Thank you for having us!

We stopped for 2 nights and stay at Oaks Gladstone for a family road trip. The studio rooms are spacious ,nice and clean. Receptionist Joanna is professional and lovely . It is easy to go to the coffee club for breakfast from level 2. We enjoy our stay here , will stay here again if we visit Gladstone next time. :)

Loved this place , friendly helpful staff . Beautiful views lovely clean comfortable room . Nice bed to sleep in . Loved Gladstone so much . Go there you won’t be disappointed. Easy to access and every thing is close by . Well done to the Oaks at Gladstone ..

I visited the Reef Hotel after vacating for awhile.i visited Monday 22nd January and your gaming waitress / cocktail bar person was just, AMAZInG in her knowledge and execution of all cocktails. I ordered an expresso martini and, hand on my heart, it was THE BEST one I have been served. Kudos to the female barperso.

Great spot for a break in our travels. |The room was spacious and very clean with a very comfy. bed. |Staff were all helpful and friendly and everything was at our fingertips so we didn’t need to go anywhere else. |Our meals were delicious as well.

Well priced with comfortable room, only problem reception not opened until 2.00 for checkin but ok. Nice room with all needed, walk through connected to bars and Restaurant. Pleasant to see sign at Restaurant that they discounted seniors as well. Food ok pretty busy but ok.

My stay at Mantra was exceptional! For nearly four nights, my group of Six people enjoyed the convenience of its central location, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The accommodation was spacious enough for all of us, and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mantra to anyone looking for a centrally located place to stay with a group. It's definitely worth every star!

The Mantra was very welcoming with clean functional rooms and a pleasant dining and lounge experience. The staff at the front desk were terrific and which out of their way to assist with every request. The new cafe is well positioned with a good menu and will evolve positively once staff gain experience.

Got room upgrade. Place is value for money. | Loved complimentary snacks. Buffet breakfast was alright, preferred to have had more variety. Dinner buffet however was excellent! Had to try the Add on steak and we didnt regret it. Wished we tried the salmon add on, but we were too full already.
