3 Best Mattress Stores in Gladstone QLD

Had a blast purchasing a new mattress today. Thank you Donna for all your help and knowledge and all the laughs. Thank you also for putting up with my husband trying all the adjustable beds (like a kid in a toy store). Wish I had found OMF sooner. 10/10 would recommend the Gladstone store and can't speak highly enough of Donna.

Donna was amazing to deal with. She had great knowledge of bedding and what is on the floor in store. Asked what we wanted, listened, took us straight to the options best for us, put the sale thru. Didn’t try to push for anything more. Didn’t treat us as anything less. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had such a welcoming and warm experience as Sassi today. The whole team understood our budget, needs and helped us navigate the well presented store. I have nothing but praise. The experience we encountered was nothing short of genuine and we will be coming back again. It’s a locally owned and run furniture company, showed through today in the service.

Shopping at Sassi Furniture was such a pleasure. The staff were extremely helpful, the sale enabled us to buy a great product at a great price, and the delivery service was exceptional.

Well, I am totally amazed and so satisfied, for the moment we walked in, Clayton was so helpful and friendly, working toward a resolution to the problem we had. Within 24 hours , problem 100 % resolved to our complete satisfaction and excellence of Service by all involved along the way. Had a great experience here, the service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. All the staff from the salesman to the delivery driver were very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend Furniture Direct to anyone looking for new furniture. You won't be disappointed.
