Brendan was very responsive to communication. He booked my requested service in promptly and on a Saturday which was very helpful. He messaged me 15 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He completed the job efficiently and to a high standard and cleaned up after himself. His pre quoted rates were fair and he sent through an invoice that day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Climate Heating And Air Solutions to anybody needing an air conditioner service, the whole process was easy and a much better experience than what I had with a bigger local company prior. I will use again.

Prompt response and sage advice for our ancient Daiken. Awaiting installation of a far more efficient modern replacement! All correspondence and communication has been excellent and well informed this far.

Airborne installed a fujitsu split system in my home yesterday and did a fantastically professional job. they were friendly effecient and cleaned up their mess, awesome workers.

Just like to thank Jeremy and staff for their professionalism in the installation of our Air Conditioning systems. Turned up on time with drop sheets to protect carpet and even a quick vacuum when finished. Anyone thinking of AC installation I would not hesitate in recommending Altech Air.

I couldn't recommend Jeremy and Altech Air more highly. I was offered really informed advice that meant the unit I purchased was actually cheaper than I thought! The entire team were so lovely to deal with but, importantly, very skilled technicians. I will most certainly use Altcheh Air again!

I highly recommend this company. Jeremy went out of his way to make sure all was exactly as we required with the installation of our gas ducted heating/air con. It looks far better than the split system we replaced and works very well indeed. Looking forward to summer.
