Can thoroughly recommend the service and efficiency of this company. We purchased a brand new Quantum Heat pump hot water system from another company to replace our previous leaking unit. What should have been a straight swap over by the plumber on a Thursday morning became a drama when the new unit would not start up, and the prospect of no hot water for us or the family that were arriving next day to stay the weekend. A call to Quantum put us in touch with South Coast refrigeration, and despite being fully booked up for the next day (friday) the young man arrived from South Coast refrigeration at 8am next morning at our home in Lake Conjola....a good 1 hour over 60 klms drive from Bomaderry. It took him 3 hours to find and fix the problem, as it turned out that the unit had to be regassed. Thank you again South Coast Refrigeration for getting back to us promptly, not only squeezing us in at short notice but for saving us another night of cold showers. Excellent service and friendly staff.

They have installed two new air con unit for us, they have serviced and upgraded 5 more old air con that we had. I'm very happy with their work and professionalism. They are professional, friendly and punctual. I can call them anytime for emergency issues associated with production and I will recommend them to anyone. Good on you guys! Keep it up!

South Coast Refrigeration have just installed my second Air Conditioner for me and I found them to be professional and courteous. They even cleaned up after. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting Air Conditioning for there Home.

Dunn and Williams were immediately responsive after an on line inquiry. The receptionist was highly efficient and identified our property via google maps. Quote was very competitive and timely. The young men who installed were quick, courteous, and helpful. The invoice was sent via email which is great for us who are retired. The air conditioner is much appreciated in the hotter weather. The technician who came was prompt, courteous and informative. He took my compressor apart after I heard loud noises from it. He showed me no parts were available to repair it, even went through the workings of my old a/c which I had never previously understood completely. He gave me a reasonable quote for replacing my unit and I was completely satisfied.

We contacted Jono from Clack & King to install an air con, Jono listened to our requirements and suggested a few things to make our home safer. not only did they turn up to quote on time. the installation of the air con is seamless, the electrical upgrades have given us piece of mind.
